Delivery
Once an order is placed and processed in the system, it is forwarded to our fulfillment center for delivery. Estimated delivery time from the date of purchase is 10-15 business days. The customer is responsible for examining the product(s) when he/she receive them. If any item is damaged or missing, you must notify the “OWL GALLERIA” within FIVE (5) days from the date of delivery or pick up. PO BOXES, APO & FPO Addresses are not accepted. All orders are shipped via UPS which allows real time tracking, tracing and claim ability for all packages. To avoid delays in your order, it is the best interest of the customer to provide a current street address. Refunds and Returns Policy No refunds or returns are allowed after 7 days from the date of delivery. Shipping, custom fees (for International Customers) and Handling fees are not refundable. returns should be forwarded to the Grand Chapter Office All items returned must be in a “like new” condition with original box, packaging materials, and contents. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees for all returns, unless there was an error with the item sent. If there was an error with the order a postage paid envelope will be sent to the customer. Opened media items are non-refundable and returnable unless defected. For refunds associated with a return, please allow 7 business days after the item(s) have been received at the Grand Chapter for a refund to be issued. The "OWL GALLERIA" reserves the right to modify or alter its return policy at any time, without notice to customer. Incorrect Address Information The customer is responsible for paying shipping and handling fees a second time for any items returned to the "OWL GALLERIA "due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Exclusion Information Under no circumstance is the "OWL GALLERIA" responsible for any incidental or consequential damages which may occur during use of the item purchased from the "OWL GALLERIA" or as a result of the product’s failure to perform. In all cases, the customer’s sole remedy for a product failure is limited to a replacement product or, at the OWL GALLERIA’s discretion, a refund not to exceed the original purchase price of the item if within the proper window of time. |
